1. Arrange consultation
In order to advise you optimally and to be able to respond to your individual project, we ask you to make an appointment with us. To do so, you can simply send us an e-mail, call us or use the contact form on this website.
2. Consultation in our showroom
During your first visit, take your time to look around and experience our products on four exhibition levels.
What do you like and could be right for you? To answer these questions more concretely, we ask you to bring photos and/or plans of your project. Based on this information, we can give you concrete advice and show you the different possibilities in our showroom.
3. Simulation
In order to give you the best possible idea of your project, our creative team will create a photo-realistic presentation for you, which we will present to you in person at another meeting in the showroom. Suggestions and change requests can be discussed and implemented together. If you are satisfied with our proposal, then you will receive a detailed, non-binding offer.
4. Installation in your home
With the start of the installation, your project enters the final phase. Our expert installers, chimney builders and technicians ensure that everything is professionally built, installed and assembled. We attach great importance to a clean and reliable installation.
5. Testing fire
Finally, the time has come, your project is finished. Now we would like to show you what you should pay attention to when lighting the fire and what tricks and functions your fireplace has beyond that. We hope you enjoy using our products!
